We are interested in helping the next generation of horticulturists thrive! Interning at Scottsdale Farms is an exciting and rewarding experience, offering unique opportunities for a number of career avenues in horticulture.
Housing may be available on site for a nominal fee. A grocery store and restaurants are located within walking distance.
What our Interns are saying:
“This internship taught me so much more than I anticipated. The I.D. tests helped me learn more about different plant varieties. I loved working in the garden. My experiences will be beneficial in my future horticulture career. “
– Denishia Singleton
“The staff was helpful, patient and supportive throughout my internship. I learned about plants, fertilizers, landscape installations, container arrangements, and more. It was a truly enjoyable experience and very helpful for my future.”
– Lauren Hermann
“This internship was an unforgettable experience. It was a well-rounded program that taught me far more about horticulture and business management than I could have imagined to learn in just ten, short weeks.”
Internship periods and hours could be flexible based on our needs and the applicant’s needs. We are interested in talking with individuals who are self-starters and hard workers.
