What is your return policy?
We will gladly issue a refund in the form and amount of the original purchase if the item is returned in its original condition within 48 hours of the purchase. Items returned after 48 hours from the date of purchase will receive a Scottsdale Farms gift card for the amount of the original purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Sales are final on all jewelry, seasonal, and sales items. All special order items and purchases made using Daisy Dollars also are final.

Can I host a birthday party at Scottsdale Farms?
Yes, we would love to help you celebrate! To reserve a party location on our property, we require a facility fee for the use of the property and additional staff to host your event, 2 folding tables (for gifts & a cake) and extra seating for your guests. The date remains open to other customers until the facility fee is paid.

Facility Fees:
Weekdays for Up to 10 Children: $150
Saturday or Sunday:
$250 (for 1 – 25 people, children and adults);
$400 (for 26 – 50 people children and adults)

You may bring decorations and a birthday cake. No candles or fire are permitted on the property. All drinks, ice cream or additional food must be purchased from The Café at Scottsdale Farms, subject to café operating hours (8am-3pm).  Adult and children’s meals are the current menu price (please click here for our current menu). Drinks and ice cream are available after 3pm.

For children’s parties, a seasonal craft, face painting and storytime is $10 per child.  Party guests may observe our resident animals (pigs, chickens, goats and a donkey).  We also have a playground area you may use.

May I reserve space in The Rock Room at Scottsdale Farms?
Yes. We are happy to reserve café tables for your use at no charge. For larger parties (up to 25 people), please contact our event coordinator to discuss your specific needs.
