We had another great weekend at Scottsdale Farms! The weather was beautiful on Saturday, and somehow the rain showers seemed a bit appropriate on Sunday. Folks came out, getting their first taste of spring 2013.
The next ten days look pretty spectacular, with spring like temperatures and even some rain! The barn is jam packed with home decor and more, the nursery is fully loaded with spectacular plants, just waiting to come home with you! We’ve got new varieties of trees and shrubs, loads of choices for sun, shade and everything in between. Many of our spring bloomers are beginning to put on their annual show. Our perennials have started popping, annuals are arriving almost daily so we can bring the best to you, our loyal customers!
This week we have a children’s garden activity, where little ones will decorate their containers and plant seeds. They’ll take their creations home to nurture and care for, in time they’ll get to eat their tasty little snack.
